NSFAS applications for 2019 to open on Monday – 03 September 2018

The Minister of Higher Education and Training, Naledi Pandor is pleased to announce that the 2019 National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) applications for new applicants will be opened on Monday, 3 September 2018.

Stepping on the toe allowance

One of the least known facts is how territorial the government bureaucracy is. While a negative connotation may be inferred in that observation, there are good reasons why the work of each person ought to be demarcated from that of their colleagues.

For example, I am not necessarily a communication professional nor a designated official to communicate any government information. However, I often, inadvertently, share some information with some people because my contact details are widely available on the internet, and I have an obligation, as far as reasonably possible, to respond when contacted. Minister Naledi Pandor appoints Dr Randall Carollissen as NSFAS Administrator

The Minister of Higher Education and Training, Naledi Pandor has announced the appointment of Dr Randall Carollissen as the Administrator for the National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS).
